Terms of service
Welcome to Facere. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
Facere reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to the handmade or limited nature of certain items (including hand-painted or one-of-a-kind pieces).
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.
4. Orders & Shipping
Once an order is placed, we will do our best to process and ship it in a timely manner. Facere is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including our courtesy policy for defective items.
