Every piece from Facere is made with intention, care, and a lot of heart. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we stand behind what we create. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll gladly make it right as a courtesy. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at Facere.clo@gmail.com, along with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of you from there.
